Skidding and Defensive Driving
We have access to police skidpans and provide courses in skid awareness and control, defensive driving, etc.
Bas BLACKBOURN B.E.M. ADI not only trained and instructed on UK police skidpans but also qualified at the Swedish skid centre Olofstroms Trafikovningplats.
Refresher and International Courses
From time to time we are asked to provide refresher courses for those who, for one reason or another, have not driven for some time or who want to brush up or be assessed on their driving performance and we frequently give instruction to non-EC Europeans, Americans, etc, who need to take a DSA driving test through residential requirements.
Driver Assessment (Cars, Minibuses & Coaches, etc)
In view of the widespread national concern following accidents involving school or college or university vehicles and their students and teachers, BBSoM have now extended commercial vehicle driver testing and we undertake driver assessments.  Bas BLACKBOURN holds PCV/PSV licence 53276.
Accident Advice and Investigation
Bas BLACKBOURN B.E.M. is also a registered traffic accident investigator with the Law Society and the UK Register of Expert Witnesses and is respected within that profession and happy to provide limited free advice to former pupils, or a complete professional service through BAS BLACKBOURN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES.
